I have been working at AngioDynamics full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Good for entry level candidates. Health insurance. Starting you'll get 3 Weeks vacation for exempt employees and for non-exempt employees you'll get 3 weeks vacation + 6 personal days.

    Cons

Salaries do not match the roles and responsibilities. Sales are usually bad. Turn over rate is high. Moral is always down.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Come into the office more often and actually observe what is going on. Perhaps take a few finance courses. Have facility picnics to increase moral.

I have been working at AngioDynamics full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    I havent found any pros

    Cons

Massive turn over of staff. 7 people left the company and I have been here 6 months.Amateur managers and directors. No leadership. A lot of faking and lying on all levels. Long hours for a basic salary. They hire you for a position and within the next 3 months the position is redefined. Company grows by acquisition only therefore there is no knowledge retained anywhere and no loyalty.Company without values and morale. Ugly offices.

I have been working at AngioDynamics as a contractor (more than an year)

    Pros

A lot of money!!! but thats it

    Cons

    Lack of structure
    Lack of leadership
Lack of qualified staff (a lot of junior people without necessary skills)
    Lack of consistent senior management
    Lack of rules
Unfriendly colleagues who are not there to help you
    Nepotism
Current hiring position: hire anybody and then we will see
No life/work balance- they think you are available 24/7 that is why everybody gets a phone, even customer service

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you still want to exist at the end of the year hire PROFESSIONALS
