Good place to work for an entry level candidates but don't expect to move up...

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Latham, NY

ProsGood for entry level candidates. Health insurance. Starting you'll get 3 Weeks vacation for exempt employees and for non-exempt employees you'll get 3 weeks vacation + 6 personal days.

ConsSalaries do not match the roles and responsibilities. Sales are usually bad. Turn over rate is high. Moral is always down.

Advice to Senior ManagementCome into the office more often and actually observe what is going on. Perhaps take a few finance courses. Have facility picnics to increase moral.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

    Bunch of amateurs

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

    ProsI havent found any pros

ConsMassive turn over of staff. 7 people left the company and I have been here 6 months.Amateur managers and directors. No leadership. A lot of faking and lying on all levels. Long hours for a basic salary. They hire you for a position and within the next 3 months the position is redefined. Company grows by acquisition only therefore there is no knowledge retained anywhere and no loyalty.Company without values and morale. Ugly offices.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
