    Great people, great intern perks!

    People Intern (Former Employee)
    Saint Louis, MO

Pros2 free cases of beer/month--even for interns! Reasonable hours, great pay, etc. This company is a meritocratic operation--if you want a place where you can slack, complain, and do little to no work, this isn't the place for you. Too many entitled folks interned here--this is not the way to win friends and admiration of your colleagues and supervisors. Work hard and get rewarded nicely.

ConsSome residual negativity due to the takeover several years ago, but nothing too bad.

Advice to Senior ManagementManagement could be clearer about hiring potential and the transition from intern to full-time. Otherwise, my experience with manager was great--open-door policy is operational at AB (in my experience it was)

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Great company with so much growth!

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsBeer, training/development, great atmosphere, free beer every month, salary and benefits.

ConsMight be in same position for years but network, network, network!

Advice to Senior ManagementInstead of bringing so many people in from outside and Ivy Leagues, give employees already inside the company a chance.

    Fun Work Environment

    Tour Guide (Former Employee)
    Saint Louis, MO

ProsGet to work with enthusiastic, employees at a place that has an awesome culture. The Training process is very thorough and AB makes sure to provide you the tools and help to make sure you can succeed.

ConsNot for people who are uncomfortable being social and talking to lots of people. Also you may not find out whether or not you are being granted time off until the week of.

Advice to Senior ManagementMore flexibility with time off.

    Making friends is our business

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsThe pride in the product is great and rubs off on you. Professionl environment, first class equipment and facilities. Positive experience.

ConsPerception that working there mean you drink a lot, the opposite is more likely. Not as many perks with InBev in charge. Miss the family style heritage. Peolple asking for free tickets and everything constantly.

Advice to Senior ManagementStay sharp, there is alway a competitor waking up early in the hopes that someday they will be #1. Programs that waste disturb money make them vulnerable, one size doesn't fit all markets.
