I worked at Anheuser-Busch as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

2 free cases of beer/month--even for interns! Reasonable hours, great pay, etc. This company is a meritocratic operation--if you want a place where you can slack, complain, and do little to no work, this isn't the place for you. Too many entitled folks interned here--this is not the way to win friends and admiration of your colleagues and supervisors. Work hard and get rewarded nicely.

    Cons

Some residual negativity due to the takeover several years ago, but nothing too bad.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management could be clearer about hiring potential and the transition from intern to full-time. Otherwise, my experience with manager was great--open-door policy is operational at AB (in my experience it was)

I have been working at Anheuser-Busch

    Pros

Beer, training/development, great atmosphere, free beer every month, salary and benefits.

    Cons

Might be in same position for years but network, network, network!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Instead of bringing so many people in from outside and Ivy Leagues, give employees already inside the company a chance.
