“A company moving fast in the right direction”
Current Employee – been working at Anixter Fasteners
Pros – This company is advancing itself within it's field very quickly. They are global company that may buy one to three companies within the industry to improve there position with the fastener industry each year. There are no limits if you apply yourself with this company advancement seems to follow.
Respect is important to me and I always get that at this company. This company is a friendly & respctful company & that starts at the top with the presedent all the way down to the warehouse employees. The facility that I work at everyone seems to be much like an extended family.
Cons – As with most companies the pay could always be better & more holiday time off.
Advice to Senior Management – I looks as if we are heading in the right direction.
I think that they are doing a great job.
