    Love working here! Everyone is so friendly! There is a family like environment between employees. The policies the company has put in place does a great job of protecting the employees.

    Pros

    Great working environment and employee discount! I have been with the company part time since 2010 and love the group that I work with. Management is easy to get along with as long as you are doing your job as required.

    Cons

    Advancements to full time are few and far between. Hours can be sporadic for part timers with shift cuts.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Consider hiring less part timers and allow more hours to the employees that earn them. It is hard plan any kind of future when you may only get half of a shift a week!

    Great work environment, from the people I work with to the structure of the company. Very flexible with my schedule and able to work around any conflict I may have. Not to mention I love the clothes!

    It seems to be a temporary job for many, somewhere for people to go while they are looking for full-time work.

    Fashion forward; compassionate leadership; excellent benefits; dynamic environment

    Cons

    The biggest challenge working for this company is the lack of tools they give you to meet company guidelines. Deadlines are created and demanded, but product is late to ship or visual elements are shoddily done. However, this is not a deal breaker, and if you're resourceful, you can make it work.

    Pros

    It's very flexible. The work environment is commendable. I'm able to learn and do everything from cash rep to wardrobe to sales floor and freight. I'm encouraged to excel, improve, and grow.

    Cons

    None, except have to work on holidays, but, it's retail so what do you expect.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Make sure everyone speaks the native language in the native country. All of the co managers should me mindful of their tone when speaking to employees and customers.
