    Pros

    Great benefits for employees, opportunities to win incentives such as gift cards

    Cons

    Potential employees please let this serve as a notice that management is sneaky and backstabbing. There is definitely a favorites system. Management will stab you in the back, miserable, disgruntled coworkers, low salary(compared to industry standard), impossible metrics.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Maintain professional boundaries don't discuss employees with other employees. Management and employees show up for work, stop using FMLA as vacation time.

    Pros

    Generally the people I work with are great and the location is convenient. The data resources available to me are extensive which allows me to help my clients effectively.

    Cons

    for an hr consulting firm they put almost no effort into developing their employees to grow in their career. great place to learn to be an analyst, but they do a poor job of developing effective consultants

    Make a plan to actually develop your employees so that the business can grow smartly, rather than triaging assignments as they come in.

    I have been working at Aon Hewitt as a contractor (less than a year)

    Pros

    It's a job.

    You don't need to know ANYTHING in order to make mistakes dealing with other people's health insurance coverage. But it was only for 6 months so, who cares about all the mistakes I make, when someone else who is a permanent employee can fix them when I'm long gone?! That's actually not my type of thinking...but it was the type of thinking of the "classroom" full of people I was trained alongside of.

    Cons

    I really felt like I was in high school again. Cliques formed quickly and gossip was non-stop using the company chat program called Sametime.
