Pros – Cash money every night
Get to meet lots of people. Sometimes beneficial, sometimes not.
Dynamic work environment
Fast paced environment
Cons – Management sucks. They care about nothing but themselves
The money varies.
Favoritism plays a huge role in the politics there.
Advice to Senior Management – Start caring about your employee's. Evaluate them on what they are doing right instead of being rude when they do the first thing wrong.
