    Pros

    - Great Discount
    - Some departments work well together but very minimal.

    Cons

    - If you're not a "Yes Man" you won't last. If you don't agree with upper management, they'll find a way to get rid of you.
    - Horrible CEO.
    - Poor benefits
    - A lot of finger-pointing.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - Get rid of your CEO and Upper Management. They bring in people that used to work at the same company so it's like you're working for that company rather than Arbonne.
    - Don't consider Arbonne at all. They'll make it seem like it's a great work environment bu it's not. High turn-over especially in Marketing.

    Pros

    No experience necessary
Make your own hours, but must be full time to make money
    Free Training
    Online order process and tracking

    Cons

Few people want to host home parties or join the business.
You have to meet a monthly quota of products and have people join as consultants underneath you.
People avoid you because the company philosophy is to bombard everyone you know or come in contact with about Arbonne.
Not many people purchase again, they mainly buy because a friend or family member hosted.
You have to give 8 presentations a month but there is no guarantee on the about bought at a party.
Most people only buy one product which is only $400 per party and of that you only make 20%.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Train people, help new consultant overcome obstacles,

    Pros

Employee Discounts and the great employees who have been there for years and know what is going on.

    Cons

Performance is not recognised and decent raises are not existant. management has spent millions on a new website that does not work and continually lies to its consultants. The upper management is so lost and is one by one firing its employees who have been there for years and only has new employees who do not understand its business are leading the company into no where. There sales are back to what it was several years ago when an IT staff of six provided more support than there cureent staff of 50+ employees. They need to stop wasting there money and support there consultants.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

listen to your employees who know what is going on and get back on track

A Network Marketing Business Is Not Really Your Own Business

    Pros

Arbonne is an MLM company that allows you to work from home, working full time or part time. Your success is based on the number of hours you put in. Your only job is to move product and bring new people into your organization and help them build their own successful business with Arbonne.

    Cons

There is a very small percentage of people who succeed, generally on the backs of the 97% that fail in their endeavour to build a business. You need to have a thick skin and move on as people come and go, often after having their dreams crushed. If you are able to detach when this happens, then you'll be ok.

Arbonne's model is a breakaway model. This means that after you promote someone to a new management level, you need to backfill behind them. This is great for the company, but not so great for you. You will likely be building your business for many, many years, at an intense level, until you have "completed" building to a point where you have no more maintenance requirements.

If you do succeed in building a sizeable business, and have created a residual income stream that pays you for years to come, don't expect to go off and build another business with another company. Arbonne will close you down and take your business away. Policy prohibits you from having a business with another MLM. Policy also prohibits a spouse in the same household from belonging to another MLM.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If work-life balance is important to you, set serious limitations and hours around your Arbonne business, otherwise, Arbonne will bleed into every aspect of your life.

    Pros

    Quitting, hour long lunch, parking

    Cons

Scheduling, raising hand to use restroom, ridiculous multiple managers for each department with no authority, iron fist management offering low moral and no skills

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Your management choices will have a direct correlation to what kind of staff you have. Angry management makes for miserable high turn over.
