    Pros

I work at a "special" Arby's downtown in Richmond; Monday-Friday, hours pretty much set, decent pay and benefits (though they cost $$$).

    Cons

Management and communication is very much lacking. No room for advancement. No raises, no matter how long you've been an employee. Rarely allowed any sick days (even though they're unpaid).

    Advice to Management

    Hire more people!

    Pros

    Some what of an income.

    Cons

The franchise owner refused to update equipment and replace broken equipment, all while expecting us to work harder.
No real benefits. The store I worked at was literally falling apart. Visible mold on the walls and ceilings, wallpaper peeling off, broken tiles, Leaking roof, and not very clean.

    Advice to Management

Check up on Franchise owners who neglect stores.
