Pros – Personal development, highly qualified colleagues, innovative company, growing really fast, moving to a new space very soon...There's support from management and you feel like people care about you as a person - I'm made to feel like I'm a person of value on the team

Cons – need an innovative approach to attracting and retaining engineering talent (some great engineers seem to get turned down)

Advice to Senior Management – Keep doing what you are doing - simply an amazing place to work !

Pros – I found Arpatech a very good company with a very friendly environment, where you have a great opportunity to learn as the projects are really exciting and challenging. Their management also supports you to work on latest technologies... I think Arpatech has a potential to become a great company, where you can define your career.

Arpatech also offers best work timings in town, you need to stay late very occasionally and their management also does not encourage you to stay late.

Cons – Based in DHA, commute time and to and from to Arpatech is slightly longer if you are based in Central or north of karachi.
