    Pros

At the size it is today, it still operates in some ways like a startup company. Very cooperative teamwork who is willing to make it work for customers. Very customer orientated.

    Cons

Flip side of operating like a startup is being behind on scalable operation.

    Advice to Management

    Need scalable operational business model.

    Pros

work on large scale issues; certain teams pair program; teams are small enough that you can really make an impact here; many standard tech company perks; test driven development; lots of developer tools; Being a remote worker is no problem in my team, but you need to be senior.

    Cons

Sometimes you have to work with old languages, such as perl. Aruba has done some questionable recent restructuring.

    Advice to Management

Encourage teams to communicate and share tools.

    Pros

Solid products, good people, fair pay.

    Cons

Too many layers of mgmt being put in place. Losing the small company nimble-ness.

    Advice to Management

Remember what drives the company- great products designed by top notch engineers and driven/motivated salespeople that need to be able to move fast.

    Pros

    Cons

    Pros

You meet some great people working here. Being here, you definitely have a lot of opportunities to work on high visibility projects for your career. As an entry level analyst, you have the opportunity to work with VPs and high level directors that you wouldn't get at a bigger company.

    Cons

    - High turnover rate, employees constantly coming in and out of the company
    - No 401k matching
    - Old systems
    - Feels like losing small company mentality, all the fun events seem to be disappearing since everyone is so busy
    - Work/Life balance, manager level expected to be in the office 10-11 hours a day, and be on call
    - Unlimited PTO, sounds great on paper, but when you do go on vacation or take a day off, you are expected to bring your laptop

    Advice to Management

    - Cross train employees, this would be great if a team member decides to take a day off

    - Invest in new systems, seems like the solution for problems at this company is to hire a headcount rather than invest in efficient systems
