Current Employee – been working at Asbury Automotive full-time for less than a year

Prosfair oportunity help needed and very clear on what is expected

Constwice a month paycheck and seems to be slanted to a payplan that requires volume selling

Advice to Senior Managementlook to promote from within some of the best experiance already works for you. remember if it is not for a vehicle being sold ther is no need for a receptionist or a title clerk or an f/i mgr. the house pak is too high. probably to cover cost of management. but there is no need for managers if no car is sold. a percentage of selling gross dosn't matter if it all goes to the house

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Current Employee – been working at Asbury Automotive

ProsGreat discounts on cars; Great discount on service, parts and body shop; Opportunity for advancement; Cash spiffs; Fast paced environment

ConsVery poor matching on the 401K; No personal or sick days; Little paid time off even when with company 5 plus years; Have to work every weekend; No federal holidays

Advice to Senior ManagementImprove the 401k and pay some attention to employee work/life balance and you will have more loyal and productive employees willing to stay with the company for a greater period of time resulting in a better bottom line
