Pros – Close relation with work collegues
Mutual respect
Passionate and initiative
Helpful and friendly
Work and life balance
Nice office location

Cons – Small company with not many staffs
Work is not very challenging and exciting
Payment is not very competitive
Very localized

Advice to Senior Management – More opinions should be involved rather than one person's decision
Senior management team is not very experienceful and staffs changed quite often
