I worked at Assurant full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

There is plenty of room for advancement and you are also able to apply for other positions within the company. You also get a yearly bonus if the company meets its expectations.

    Cons

Over-worked and underpaid. The call volume is very high so you have to work hard.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give your hard working employees more money! The base pay is very low and the annual raise could be better.
