I have been working at Asurion full-time for less than a year
Pros – Friendly and no-pressure work environment; Great ability for stress free on-the-job learning and growth; great development programs; numerous career opportunities; fast-paced business model; constant change; good corporate communication; extensive lateral movement between job opportunities allows for better overall business picture
Cons – Fast-paced environment and constant change not suitable to everyone; job descriptions are not always completely accurate; job functions can grow or shrink with little to no warning; ability to think on the fly a must.

I have been working at Asurion full-time for more than a year
Pros – I have learned a great deal more working at Asurion than other gigs. Part of the reason is the culture hear pushes for results and forces you to think creatively to solve problems. I am surrounded by exceptionally bright people day in and out, which helps nurture a great deal of learning as well.
Cons – Recognition here is almost entirely results driven. While not necessarily a bad thing, it is important to be able to sell yourself and worth regularly to stay salient in the minds of management. If it is easy for you to get comfortable and settle, this is not the best place.
Advice to Senior Management – My advice would be to fence in some of the change absorption a bit better. Although the nature of the business may dictate it, it seems that new initiatives could sometimes be vetted better and save headaches down the road.

I have been working at Asurion full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – Great pay, good friends and constant change. You are well rewarded for your performance but the pace never slows.
Cons – Work life balance is not that great. Managers do not receive vacation time, but rather you take what is reasonable. Problem is you work so hard and fast that the time slips away. Plus there is little peer support so you end up feeling guilty when you are gone.
Advice to Senior Management – Get on the ground and look around, you will see what we do. Some of your managers work far harder than the rest, but are not politically connected to be noticed.
