    A wonderful place to work.

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsAtomic (soon to be Grayling) is a truly unique public relations agency where office politics are kept to a minimum and the focus is on producing quality results for clients. The company puts great trust in its employees which gives employees both flexibility with their work/life balance and the opportunity to be creative, knowing that the agency has their back. On multiple occasions, I've seen Andy Getsey show 100% confidence in employees. Again, this is unique from other agencies as the approach to any issues that arise at Atomic is solution oriented, not a question of "where can we place the blame?"

Atomic has a generous vacation policy and is welcome to having employees work from home. It's a wonderful place to learn and grow and a true family.

ConsIf you're not self-motivated or ready to work hard, this probably isn't the best company for you. Also, be prepared to make a strong case for yourself when it comes to promotions and raises - employees at Atomic often perform far beyond what their title would correlate to at another agency.

Advice to Senior ManagementSometimes attention is dedicated to employees who are having a difficult time. Don't forget to pay attention to the super stars on the team, too!

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Fantastic place for the right profile: smart PR people

Vice President (Current Employee) San Francisco, CA

ProsMerit-based, open format for thoughtful, hard-working, communications professionals. It's a great place to stretch your wings, feel creative, own your work, and do it without drama. Great place to grow. Lots of long-time employees.

ConsYou'll never show up to a clear to-do list, so people from big agencies sometimes founder, looking for more process or direction. You have to be a self starter to thrive -- and ready to grow and think

Advice to Senior ManagementGood time to work on processes now that we're growing so fast and furiously

Keep standards of hiring high, even as we grow

    Positive.

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) San Francisco, CA

ProsExcellent people and a fun, but hard-working culture provide an overall positive working experience. The job is quite demanding, though.

ConsThe pace of the job can be overwhelming. Emails fly in at a rapid pace and you're expected to respond promptly. Probably not unlike most office jobs, but there aren't a whole lot of cons to pick from

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
