    Pros

    It was a really easy job.

    Cons

    It got really boring because if you work 2nd shift then sometimes it would go hours before you would have another customer. So your just standing for 8 hours.

    Advice to Management

    Make it comfortable for the cashier.

    Owner operators, fair bonus structure, different trade channels. Good benefits, feels like family.

    Discounts on food The people I worked with were fun, but knew when to get down to business Always had something to do, so time went by fast

    Cons

    You stink after work Always seeing and working with the food made me sick of it Some shifts were either really busy or really slow, so you were either really bored or really overwhelmed

    Scheduling better during busy hours and slow hours of the day

    -good first job -nice atmosphere -friendly employees and employers -organized management -50% meal discount -schedules around our needs

    -extremely hard to bag the job

    Sometimes a little too lax on employees and too hard on others. For good reason, but occasionally too noticeable.
