I have been working at Audi as a contractor (more than an year)

    Pros

The company is currently in a growth period and there are many opportunities. Since Audi is part of the VW group, employees have a chance to move into roles for any group brand.

    Cons

Too many of the long-term roles are contractor roles. Contractors get little or no benefits and are not able to receive any training.
Being part of a big company it can be very tedious to get seemingly simple tasks complete. This is normal of most large corporations though.

I worked at Audi as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Environment is good, considering the big and bright office; Workmates are friendly and helpful; Convenient and free transportation (shuttle bus) to take you from the subway station to the office; Good training program for interns.

    Cons

The work seems a little boring and in great pieces. Not so many things you can change here, because there are too many regulations, you will feel a little restricted in designs

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Provide more opportunities such as graduate thesis topics would be better!

I have been working at Audi

    Pros

Worldwide recongised company who have dealerships across the uk, Audi provied good training, in excellent facillitys. Staff are well looked after in my dealership.

    Cons

The salary could be more awarding for the knowledge and skills provided by staff. Master Technicians should have a higher salary due to the size and profits of the company, after-all the master technicians know more about the product (AUDI) then anyone else in the dealership, but can take less pay then salesmen and service advisors in some situations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If i was a manger at Audi UK i would pay more attention to the technicians and make them the most valueable member of staff as they do in Germany.
