I have been working at Austin Regional Clinic full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I think overall this is a good company to work for. I have enjoyed my coworkers and feel supported in my role overall.

    Cons

No real cons to share. It is a large corporation, but they do little things to appreciate their employees. I would like to take time of to see the MD w/out having to use PTO.

At Austin Regional Clinic, they have some of the best employee benefits. Management is receptive to candid feedback and action oriented.

    Cons

The only downside to working at Austin Regional Clinic is that the pay could be more competitive with competitors' wages.

I worked at Austin Regional Clinic part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Job security is good. You get to use all your skills to help patients. If you work hard, have a positive attitude, and are responsible you will be respected. Training is constantly offered. You have a chance to pick up more hours. Most of management and doctors are great to work with.

    Cons

The pay at first will not be higher than you expected, but as you build yourself up and get a higher education, they will compensate you and you will get better pay. It is open most holidays..so you will have to give one or two up.

I have been working at Austin Regional Clinic part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Most friendly people I have ever worked for, most passionate leadership roles I've seen, and great benefits for employees.

    Cons

Unfortunately, the process to get any existing routine changed has to go through an extensive and unnecessary chain of command, which generally takes months.
