    Pros

Working at ANZ i was able to gain so much experience in banking skills and help build my customer service skills.

    Cons

ANZ is currently the only bank in American Samoa, so everyday was a busy and hectic day and we could not take our lunch because we were always short staff.

    Advice to Management

Manage each employees time and create a flexible schedule so that they do not over work their employees.

    Pros

Positive office atmosphere and upper management that shows unusual (in a positive sense) interest in the prospects and interests of its interns; good networking opportunities throughout the office

    Cons

Long work hours, which however is to be expected in the industry; revolving door of interns may be too quick for some wanting a permanent position

    Pros

pay, employee benefits, MAX, products, social clubs and activities, colleagues

    Cons

too Asia focused and have neglected their Australian business as a result which is a pity given banking in Australia has such high margin

    Advice to Management

need to focus back on Australian business, your Asian business is low margin, too much competition, high costs more dilutes time from execs

    Pros

There are great opportunities for growth and promotions. It is one of the fastest growing banks, and offers various opportunities to branch to different sectors of banking

    Cons

The training is something that can be improved on. There is no set way to train staff. You are thrown in the deep end from the first day, and have to navigate for solutions yourself.

    Pros

Large organisation, plenty of opportunities globally. Staff benefits. Amazing head office facilities.

    Cons

Can be hard to get things done with red tape. Organisation needs a more modern approach to working. Lots of "quota management" which can also hinder progression
