    Pros

Lots of room for growth and lots of opportunity to transfer to different departments. Financially stable. Good health and 401k benefits. Opportunities for out of state transfers.

    Cons

Old school management. There is almost no flexible work hours and working from home is not offered. Behind in technology.

    Pros

Great benefits, challenging projects, stability, raises and promotions, supportive of family and personal things to take care of outside of the office if within reason

    Cons

Conservative attitude towards technology and social media, slow to get great ideas in motion

    Advice to Management

Actually give the annual and bi-annual reviews so we know if we need to do something better or differently.

    Pros

Great benefits throughout including great Health/Dental, etc. Great starting pay at 42,000 Promotion from a "I" to a "II" serves a great percentage of salary increase. Great room for advancement and a lot of opportunities in the Claims Department alone

    Cons

Job can be stressful, since you're investigating accidents. You deal with attorneys, some stressful members. The raises are a joke and it hardly catches up with the cost of living Quite a bit of goals to meet in order for you to meet the highest available raise increase, including your yearly bonus. Don't meet the goals, you don't get a bonus and a very low increase in your wage.

    Advice to Management

Encourage development and do not discourage advancement. Also, give your employees a better raise to meet or exceed the cost of living.

    Cons

Too much bureaucracy gets in the way of making positive improvements unfortunately...

    Advice to Management

Be more lenient in terms of hours in the building.
