    Pros

Plethora of hours to gain, professional work environment, Excellent sales manager team(s). Roseville automall location is awesome! Travel time included. Great pay. This company believes in hiring and rising from within.

    Cons

Not enough trees for shade when selling cars in the heat of summer. Other than that no further complaints

    Advice to Management

Keeping benching deals, and keeping the atmosphere positive and strong. Gen Y are positive and management keeps the job very interesting already.

    Pros

Autonation, from my experience, takes good care of its employees. Depending on which store you work for, communication amongst employees and management is usually very good.

    Cons

Sometimes employees don't handle guests properly. It is difficult for a customer to call and speak with a real person rather than recordings and voicemails. Receptionists are constantly taking messages and promising call backs but it rarely happens.

    Advice to Management

Return phone calls sooner or lose business.

    Pros

I have held continuous employment at the same location for over 7 years with a steady increase of responsibilities and a variety of duties that have provided continuous challenges and opportunities for both personal and professional growth

    Cons

Despite years of proficient performance of ever increasing duties and responsibilities I continue to be denied any increase in pay and currently earn nearly half the national average for my position - OT is no allowed and all longevity bonuses have been discontinued as of this year.

    Advice to Management

Respect your employees by paying them what they are worth! and restore annual longevity bonuses! When a companies employees feel truly valued their customers also feel truly valued and that is the best way to build your companies reputation and brand!

    Pros

Steady employment. Nice people to work with. Lots of areas to transfer. Solid company that pays on time.

    Cons

Politics and inter company fighting. Not always on the same page. Brags about how much they are making but then turns around and reduces the pay structure.

    Advice to Management

Work together so the employees will be more confident when working with other departments.
