    Pros

It's only really matter under what management you start or work with, Store Managers, District managers etc.

    Cons

To move up most of the time is not measured about your knowledge but depends if they like you or not... they are pretty good people working and few good Dm's, very few...

    Advice to Management

focus more in hard workers and knowledge than faces or prototype.

    Pros

Decent discount on parts, flexible hours. You have the ability to move up if you put in the time and effort.

    Cons

There is very little trust of the employees. Security cameras are aimed at the cashiers, and all returns have to be verified by more than one employee. Both stores I worked at were understaffed so the existing staff were worked hard.

    Advice to Management

Take better care of your employees by having adequate staffing. Also, the current system of monthly sales challenges is unappealing to customers and low sales numbers at a store could be representative of it's location rather than the employees.

    Cons

pay is barely above minimum, hours are erratic. hard to move upwards in the company.

    Advice to Management

The management should work on developing their workers, rather than encourage constant turnover and overstaffing.
