    Pros

Strong team to work with in my geography. Hard work yields results and recognition. Can do pretty much what you want to develop your career and experience. Good immediate leadership.

    Cons

Frequent executive changes, product roadmap changes, product management changes. Back office processes need to be fixed, everyone should be working with the same goal in mind - customer satisfaction and getting things done. Services should worry about serving the customer and las about closing their tickets and incorrect records showing no support.

    Advice to Management

Fix internal processes if you really want to move this company forward. Develop easily digestible product roadmap and stick to it.

    Pros

Virtual office for almost every job. Rewards are based on results and not on time spent working. Best in class technology and people practices, three weeks vacation from the start

    Cons

Too many meetings, not enough time

    Pros

Excellent benefits, salary and bonus plan. The people are the biggest differentiator as the operate as a tight knit family and treat their people well. Good technology but lags in NPI and disruptive innovation. Great flexibility on telecommuting!

    Cons

An industry disrupted causing leadership turn over and layoffs

    Pros

I was offered a lot of leeway in choosing my project and implementing it. I was given a mentor to work with who really was great. Some internship events where we met senior management, etc.

    Cons

They let a large number of people go while I was there, many of whom had been there for years. I don't think they'll be hiring in the Labs anytime soon. It also broke the continuity, since my supervisor left in the middle, pretty abruptly. Intern events were pretty stilted and not terribly interesting.

    Pros

Passion to win. investing in customer solutions, hiring to talent, and getting things done. New leadership is reshaping the culture and puts customer first. People are empowered to make decisions and get things done. Competitive products and solutions.

    Cons

Brand is not well known. Marketing . A lot of change ( for the good) . Silo's of people and functions that have not embraced change and the new direction. Feels like we have added a lot of weight at top management. Product development needs to breakout and make a difference.

    Advice to Management

Stay the course. Be completely transparent. Fix our branding. Need to create technology tornados through development and leadership.

    Cons

Bureaucratic IT approach consistent with a public Fortune 500 company

    Advice to Management

The opportunity is to evolve IT processes to streamline them while maintaining appropriate SOX compliance.
