    Pros

    Decent benefits, pretty flexible

    Cons

Not a lot of room for growth in the claims dept. Also there are no guidelines or consistency within the department.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to get on. 1 accord and become more transparent.

    Pros

A diverse work environment, Great fellow employees

    Cons

Runs to tight on cars, too much focus on Sales,Sales,Sales not enough on quality customer service. Long work hours no work life balance, Schedules change on the fly with no prior notice. Cannot retain middle managers due to not enough training, and not fully disclosing work expectations such 50+ hours a week, frequent schedule changes with no notice.

    Advice to Management

Dont just preach it, DO IT! Company says it strives to be on the top 50 companies to work for. Then treat your managers with respect. If we are expected to honor advance notice of schedule changes for hourlies so they can adjust their home schedules then managers should be respected the same. You encourage management to reward great customer service and hand out rewards, Management works just as hard as, and in many cases harder than those employees yet no recognition from upper managers. Upper management has a DO as I Say not as I do, policy.

    Pros

You meet some good people. When the weather is good it makes you happy you work outside. Chance for advancement is easy.

    Cons

Management holds promotion over your head. Their always on your back especially in the customer service position. They hound you and don't give you a chance to show you can do your job. The seniority aspect sucks. It will be 30years before you can even get a weekend off. You get points for excused absence. Its alot more I just dont feel like typing any more.

    Advice to Management

They need to learn to communicate with one another. You have one manager telling you to do one thing and another telling you to do the exact opposite.

    Pros

Great experience, interesting work. Opportunities to build relationships with all areas of the company. Company recognizes long tenured employees

    Cons

Pay could be better, management ineffective in dealing with employees who have poor performance or attitude issues.

    Advice to Management

Take care of and support the employees that work hard and want to see the company succeed, not the people who you are afraid will cause problems.

    Pros

Very interesting talking to so many different people. Very fast paced, so the days can go by quickly. Rental car sales is very good training for your NEXT sales position.

    Cons

Very unorganized company. I was hired to open a new location but after 9 months, it never happened. The commission potential was highly exaggerated. Benefits are so so, takes a long time to get time off.

    Advice to Management

    Get more training.
