    - reasonable work/ life balance, opportunity to take breaks
     - International exposure, mainly on the EMEA market

    Cons

    Limited opportunities for promotion, few possibilities to join teams abroad. Besides, teams are not very diverse, few foreigners, though most of the work is done in English.

    They are already doing a lot to take what employees think into consideration. Maybe more opportunities for international promotion might be a good thing
