I have been working at BP as a contractor for less than a year

    Pros

BP let's you grow as an employee. If hired on as an employee you can change job roles every 2 years. They do not micro manage you when you work. They trust their employees to do their work.

    Cons

There is not a lot of training that goes on at BP so if you get a job with BP you better be a go-getter and comfortable learning things on your own. People are nice and willing to help, but it can be tough if you are not really self-motivated.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

As I am a contractor I do not know that I would have much advice to give here.
