    I worked at BT full-time

    Pros

Flexible working hours, shares, career for life as such. As in most large companies everyone will have their pros and cons depending on the area in which they work.

    Cons

Majority of the people in engineering side of this business are not very friendly, lack of respect and appreciation. Hurdles are placed in career progression, not by management but by colleagues who are jealous of success and will hinder you in every possible way. Its a every person for them selves kind of company

    Advice to Management

I have no advice to management, I made my feelings clear when I worked here and have since left for more money, at a better company, where I feel like my skills are appreciated.

    Pros

Good company to work for but be prepared for the long hours. Training is well balance. Always need a team morale build up as some days can get you down

    Cons

The top management need to step up in terms of training

    Pros

Great colleagues, great work/life balance opportunities to work remotely. Ability to work flexible hours as a team or an individual.

    Cons

Upper Management continuously asks for input over and over again but lacks the ability to effectively act on the advice given

    Advice to Management

Obviously the company has to pay attention to the bottom line in order to survive, however, it should not be the only or most important part of a successfully run operation.
