    Flexible worktime, company also provides foods and some other benefits.

    Cons

    The workload is pretty high and everybody seems to work overtime. Besides, the communications between groups is kind of messy.

    Great company for university grad's to pick as the first job, nice salary for grad's. Working environment is good, not that hard to achieve the work-life balance.

    Cons

    After being here for some years, work becomes tedious, not challenging (at least in my team), seems can't learn too much new things anymore.

    as one of senior staff, you can enjoy the balance between work and life, paint one big picture about the future of business or technology landscape.

    Much less front work or r&d for senior enginneer.
    Much less business innovation, or small innovation.
    Bureaucratic style in work, plan, and vision.
