    Pros

You have freedom to do what you want to do.

    Cons

No mentor ship, bad experience for a new employee, but if you can survive it, then your life here should get better.

    Pros

Engaging work to do and fun projects to build as a summer intern. Generally a good atmosphere, with hardworking and smart people. Company culture in the California base was very friendly, warm, and casual. Felt like a Silicon Valley startup.

    Cons

Sometimes organizational issues, but that is expected with a (relatively) new California base

    Pros

casual environment, innovative, some key technologies, currently a monopoly in China. Office building offers gym, canteen, sleep rooms, playground etc.

    Cons

Too much focus on KPI, and thus highly competitive atmosphere among colleagues and little teamwork spirit; annual bonus not attractive; too much change in management hierarchy and company focus, thus too many and too frequent changes on department and teams.

    Advice to Management

More tolerance for mistakes, more flexible and attractive bonus plan and better commitment to employee training and development.
