I worked at Baidu as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Engaging work to do and fun projects to build as a summer intern. Generally a good atmosphere, with hardworking and smart people. Company culture in the California base was very friendly, warm, and casual. Felt like a Silicon Valley startup.

    Cons

Sometimes organizational issues, but that is expected with a (relatively) new California base
