    Pros

Engaging work to do and fun projects to build as a summer intern. Generally a good atmosphere, with hardworking and smart people. Company culture in the California base was very friendly, warm, and casual. Felt like a Silicon Valley startup.

    Cons

Sometimes organizational issues, but that is expected with a (relatively) new California base

    Pros

Baidu, Inc is the largest search engine company in China, with a one billion daily query searches. They have 14 products that own more than 100 million registered users and the most comprehensive database. Because Baidu is big and they have lots of products, so they will let you design your own product even you have no experience of product designing. And you will have very helpful mentors.

    Cons

Too Too bureaucracy. Too much meeting. And if you want to make some decision and you are not that high level, you need to report to a lot of managers. Not very creative.

  11. be a research engneer in baidu and learn much.
