I have been working at Baker Concrete

    Pros

Great benefits. As a new mom provided days off as needed to take care of my sick daughter. Able to bring child to office with me if she doesn't have daycare. A lot of opportunity for advancement, if you're willing to relocate.

    Cons

Very "man" oriented. Not a lot of opportunity locally. Workload and responsibily has increased tenfold yet have not had a pay-raise in four years.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Quit giving raises and bonuses to the people who lose you money and start to show appreciation to the people who work hard and save the company money.
