    Pros

Pros at Baker Hughes include freedom, flexibility and compensation. However, I'd say working with so many people from diverse backgrounds and learning from them was the ultimate pro.

    Cons

Hard to make necessary changes in processes

    Advice to Management

Have a vision for your team that is different than the corporate vision but still in line with their core values

    Pros

Very good benefits. Company truck, gas.medical dental, vision, paid for food, housing. paid vac. sick days , uniforms and boots.

    Cons

Sometimes to many hours. No real schedual. Go when they want you to. Not home much.

    Advice to Management

Need to get way more involved with lower management, coordinators and supervisors. And watch them on a higher scale. Go and talk to field employees on a one on one meeting to find out if anything is going on that needs to be investigated. Things get to their head to make them believe they are next to GOD.
