    Pros

Not so many overtime, good total cash

    Cons

Bad place to grow on career, too many bureucracy, a lot of internal processes that makes no sense, bad infrastructure for work, including machines and access to resources (you aren't admin of your machine, you can't troubleshoot servers, etc", too many politics

    Advice to Management

Don't make any sense to have specialists if all the decisions are made using political bias. Must simplify processess and give autonomy to people work and decide by themselfs.

Must make the company values work, not only in paper. Giving example of practicing the values is a good way to make a new culture.
