Pros – Its a bank, and you get paid. The employees were friendly and the supervisors was nice.
Cons – Old software and office equipment
Advice to Senior Management – More training, newer equipment
Pros – Great benefits, vacation and sick time. Good work environment and great people to work with
Cons – It is much easier to advance in the company if you are a man. Long-term employees are not treated as well as they should be.
Advice to Senior Management – Recognize the people who have worked so hard to make the company a success. Promote from within instead of just the "good old boys".
Pros – Steady pay, was able to work on my masters classes during lulls.

Pros – Senior management is very knowledgeable. Great benefits package. Direct management is usually fair when asking for time off.
Cons – Although the pay is comparable to other financial institutions, retail employees should be paid more than what they are. "You are the face of the company." I've heard this 100 times yet still make far less than one can at another company at a desk or clerical position.
