Pros – I am currently working on a Master's degree. BancorpSouth has been extremely helpful in working with my school schedule and letting me have time off when I need it.

Cons – Lots of emails from top management constantly updating you on everything.

Pros – This is a self paced enviroment in regards to promotions and job satisfactory. If you are an individual who is motivated and gainfully seeking new challanges, this is the position for you. Additionally, this job is a great way to advance your earnings and potential with licensing opportunities given upon hire. Finally, included with full time employement you will receive instant earnings for sick leave, family sick leave, health care, etc. BancorpSouth is a competitive bank you can be proud to represent.

Cons – Some areas are in a bad location of the city.
