Pros – Key reasons that one should work for Bank of America include, but are not limited to, unlimited potential to grow within the business, outstanding medical/dental/vision coverage, retirement benefits customized to each employees goals, competitive salary and the opportunity to work as a valuable member of a team.
Cons – Occasionally being blamed for corporate decisions, e.g. mortgage bailouts, new fees. Otherwise, a great company to work for.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the good work!

Cons – there's not much that could be improved but; due to the current market conditions, there is some trepidation about job stability
