I have been working at Bank of America full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

BAC has repositioned itself through the FC for tremendous growth, will the street recogize it as a true peer in the industry this go around?

    Cons

The company has reduced many of the benefits since the FC. Proprietary software is lacking and employee development has tapered.

I have been working at Bank of America full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Benefits are good, not great. Work environment is OK.

    Cons

Politics, lots of red tape. Redundant teams, e.g. auditors that audit the auditors, etc. Too much work but mediocre pay. Increases in pay not in step with increase in cost of living and inflation.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop keeping bonuses to yourselves at your staff's expense.

I worked at Bank of America full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

There are many opportunities for growth for top performers. Solid company with a great forecast for growth and stability. They have a great training program and make sure to set aside time for you to do your initial training then they place you with a mentor for your first few months so that you always have someone to fall back on when in doubt.

    Cons

Pushy with credit cards sales. Interact isn't necessarily accurate when it comes to suggest products for customers and that reflects negatively on employees when they have to disposition it as declined.
