I have been working at Bank of America full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Benefits are great. I am lucky to be under great Leadership.

    Cons

Some coworkers bring the place down with negative feelings about the hand that feeds them. The only that I cannot understand that as a CSR cannot disconnect a call when a customer is using foul language . We should not have to take abuse like that. The only place I have worked you can not do this.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

No advice , management is always working to approve.

Great benefits, especially vacation time. The bank does what they can to bring excitement to its employees. Co workers & Management/Leadership are very nice to get along with. Lots of opportunities in growth career wise

    Cons

Only had trouble getting particular days off that was needed. Other than that, no complaints.

I have been working at Bank of America as a contractor (less than a year)

    Pros

This is a pretty laid back environment to work in. The management team is easy to work with and I have never seen them push anyone.

    Cons

Contract Position - A open full time position with the company would be nice. I am not worried about it at the moment but it will become an issue in late 2015 if a full time position has not opened up on my team.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

From a team member outlook on operations I can't offer words of wisdom to people doing a great job.
