    Pros

Paid time off and benefits are outstanding. Allowed to use in advance (PTO). Technology and work tools always with the times.

    Cons

Lack of diversity in higher level management, particularly with african american and latino males. Doesn't seem to be a priority for the bank to improve in.

    Pros

Decent Pay, always overtime and more overtime, vacation time after 90 days, 10 sick days, 10 personal, perks & discounts at retailers, Great Health,Vision, Dental, Match every $1 contributed retirement, pension, annual bonus, Top performer monthly bonus, quarterly review and rewards, raises, promotion, easy transfer, Great Training Program, informative meetings to succeed, employee recognition, birthdays and moving forward celebrations and frequent food catering, snack and coffee 15 min breaks, hour lunch, Great rewarding position helping customers

    Cons

Phone Aux breaks is strictly limited for bathroom break, hold it until lunch if you can, they monitor it and present you with a spreadsheet pf every aux time taken, if too many; unrealistic call time with customer to get off the line, no more than 2 mins, high call volumes due to system shutting cards down, outbound call system is useless since you have to tell customers to call us back to verify purchases on their debit card

    Advice to Management

Bank of America is a excellent company to work for but we are not robots when we take calls and need more flexibility on each call handle time and of course people do not have perfect bladders or colon seriously we are human and we will get sick from time to time since it is a stressful job that can affect the immune system...management needs to understand this.

    Pros

This is a great company to learn new skills and learn how to adapt to change. The benefits are absolutely amazing!

    Cons

There is so much change as the bank reacts to all issues. They should take more of a proactive approach vs. reacting on the back end, which creates quick change and an unstable environment for the employees.

    Pros

    Set hours
    Great work environment
    Large company
    Great benefits
    Good underwriting team
    Good loan review team

    Cons

Management constantly pushing for more than was possible
    Poor sales support from management
Better explanations of loan qualification issues

    Advice to Management

Please consider that loans are a commodity now and sales tactics on mortgages have changed dramatically. Work towards solutions for customers instead of pushing them into a product.
