    there are no cons really. you are being paid to perform a task,

    Goals are constantly raising which limits your chance of getting a large bonus. After three years it's time to plan an exit strategy

    Leader in technology. Performance plans in place for all employees along with personal development plans. Pay for Performance initiatives. Teamwork focused. Client focused. Consistent message across all divisions.Excellent benefits, including tuition and childcare assistance.

    Cons

    Stretch goals are a challenge in many areas. Pay is average for banking industry. Bank continues to consolidate departments/roles.

    Advice to Management

    Extend the tuition reimbursement caps. Continue with excellent benefits package. Continue focus on community involvement.

    Pros

    Great benefits and people. Very good training program that aims to set you up for success. Pay is very good if you are a top performer.

    Cons

    Lots of competition. Sometimes good employees can be stuck in the same position for years if you are not the very best at your position...within a region!

    No advice! Management actually do a very good job with the resources available. Really don't have anything to say.
