    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsBank of America has always taken care of me as an associate. They value each member and are always looking to hire within

ConsThere are no cons that seem to stand out to me worth telling. like working for any large corporation there will be some cons but that comes with any professional environment.

    Excellent work culture and benefits

    Sss (Current Employee)

ProsFlexible schedule, great team, great benefits

ConsPay could be higher for work load that is demanded. No bonuses or incentives for every body. High sales goals

Advice to Senior ManagementSee how realistic sales goals are before implementing them. Many associates depends on the bonuses and when goals are consistently raises before the last goal was ever met, it creates too much of a gap and low morale.

excellent company to be a part of

Customer Relationship Manager (Current Employee) Brea, CA

ProsExcellent benefits and an overall great company to work for. Although the wage rate seems to be lower than other banks, other things such as the company's culture definitely make up for it.

ConsPromote more from within the company rather than hiring from outside the company. Nothing more is to be said in regards to the cons at this time

Advice to Senior ManagementFrom my experience, I've had the opportunity to work with some of the greatest managers

    Teller

    Teller (Current Employee) Charlotte, NC

ProsGreat benefits, love working for the company, lots of upward movement

ConsManagement is clicky in the banking centers. "Goals" keep rising and become unattainable, so you can feel like you're failing, even if you are doing everything right. They always have something to "coach" you on, sometimes stretching it to find something. Teller positions are going away though, my current position is being threatened to go to PT or even away completely.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe fair. AM's should NOT be best friends with a teller/banker. Favoritism is abundant.

Work life balance second to non

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsWork life balance. They genuinely give you plenty of time away from work. Also, everyone is SOO helpful and willing to meet with you even if you "cold" reach out to them.

ConsReorganizations may make it hard to reach executive level.
