    Pros

Great experience, really facilitating a focus on learning in an environment that is often face paced and difficult to otherwise follow.

    Cons

To some this may be a turn off, but the firm has a sink or swim mentality in that you are given a certain amount of work with minimal (initial) instruction to see how you perform.

    Advice to Management

No real advice to management given that my time was relatively short during the year and everyone who worked there had enough experience to know what they were doing.
