    Pros

Freedom of setting my own schedule with very little accountability.

    Cons

Everything that happened, either good or bad took a very long time to implement. 3 to 5 month pay cycle.

    Advice to Management

Thin yourselves out, there were too many chiefs for the amount of Indians. Think like a smaller institution and this should help out long term.

  10. Helpful (1)

    Pros

Pay can be competitive for management level positions

    Cons

Disconnected and impersonal management. Focus is on rewarding sycophants and aggressive behavior. Very little connection between saying there is a focus on customers and actually being customer focus. Has done nothing but cut staffing for nearly two decades.

    Advice to Management

Your state goal is to be one of the best places to work, but there is a reason you never make any of those lists... the environment is big, bureaucratic and customer focus isn't real.
