    One of the five biggest bank in China

    less creative tasks
    too much overtime
    slow computer systems

    Strict policy, Diversity products, opportunities for professional growth

    Long time work, low efficiency, management staff change frequently

    Pros

    Good hours, everyone is willing to answer questions if you ask them. Most of the people there are very nice and polite.

    Cons

    Not a lot of work to do, so you don't get a lot of experience. You really have to reach out to learn about anything.

    Advice to Management

    For the most part, continue doing what you're doing. Although it may not be possible, assigning a few more non-mundane tasks would give me more experience.

    Pros

    It's a good place to learn something in bank. Colleagues are very nice and friendly. Work environment is very good and closed to bus station.

    Cons

    Salary is very low, and managers are difficult to communicate with. Management team is not very professional.

    Pros

    If you are a accountant-related student, this intern can show you some level of the daily life in a cooperate finance department in a bank.

    Cons

    If you do not like financial statements and chasing for higher salary this place is definitely not what you are looking for.

    Work/life balance is not that bad compared with other big Chinese banks.

    Cons

    - Career development space in the long run is limited.
    - Starting salaries is not that attractive as the 5th largest bank in China.

    Give more promotion opportunities to the frontline staff.

    have the opportunity to study and exersice a wide range of banking product including personal banking and corporate banking. nice place to study the bank industry.

    salary is not competitive; GOOD working enviroment rely heavily on the colleagues working with you.
