It's a very well-run company with nice and professional people but little room for career advancement for professionals.

    I worked at Bard

    Pros

Nice and friendly people; good communication between regulatory/marketing/engineering/quality folks; good growth prospects given competent management of company

    Cons

Basically the only downside is limited career growth within the company. That's not to say you can't experience personal growth and learning, but there are limited roles within the company and not a lot of turn-over.
