I have been working at Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center
Pros – Opportunities to work with different suppliers and the freedom to use different products and labs. lots of responsibility.
Cons – there was a major downgrade of medical this year. There are no raises available, not for experience or performance.

Pros – They offer great insurance benefits.
Cons – The management is very bias. There is a lack of communication between many of the departments, which can make your job much more difficult than it needs to be.
Advice to Senior Management – Appreciate your employees, and realize the amount of work and stress they handle everyday.
