    Great starting point for graduates.

    QLA (Former Employee) Bloomington, IN

ProsGreat opportunity for career growth within the company. Frequent promotions and position changes were common, hard work paid off for those who put in the work.

ConsSenior management did not recognize the lower level employees, even though their offices were in the same buildings. It lowered team moral at times.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

    Great opportunities exist here

    Legal Consultant (Current Employee)

ProsGood corporate culture, very good benefits, good professional development for entry to mid level careers. Can be a little overwhelming at first, but as Baxter is splitting into two companies next year, it should make it a little easier to manage. People are their best asset.

ConsAs noted above, the sheer size can be overwhelming. Increasing Global focus, which can mean meetings during odd hours - since they will include those from overseas.

Advice to Senior ManagementContinue to help staff develop a career path/plan. Provide mentoring opportunities.

    Great possibilities lie ahead.

Middle Management (Current Employee) Los Angeles, CA

ProsGrowth, desire by the upper management to lead the division toward a premier Biotech company. Tenure is good and also a new wave of new hires are brought on to help create a healthy culture for positive changes.

ConsMultiple sites has historically created too many possible "silos" and this needs to be addressed methodically.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe bold and more aggressive in order to bring your vision into reality.
