    Cons

No growth or movement. Company doesn't motivate staff. No travel. No phone or credit card for buying staff- takes weeks to be reimbursed. Light resources in other areas so ideas are unable to be executed. Systems are always freezing computers and are outdated.

Former Employee - Sales Associate/Cashier in San Luis Obispo, CA

    Pros

Flexible hours, fair management, diverse group of coworkers. A good first job that isn't too demanding but isn't terribly easy either.

    Cons

High turnover rate, sales associates are easily replaceable, work can be intensive and pay can be low

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consider hiring starting pay or better raises, as starting pay is too low to convince people to stay for long periods of time.

    Pros

Company really takes care of the customers which makes it a great place to work. Associated are like family. Always busy with things to do, never have down time, so time go by very fast. Benefits are great.

    Cons

Company is going through lost of changes with management. Very stressful. Poor moral. Managers are overworked.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Upper management needs to have their managers backs. Listen to what managers are telling you. If it is broken in more then one store, maybe it is not the store fault but the the company's fault. Managers are getting burnt out with the work load.
