-Co-workers are on same team, not my competition
    -Achievements are rewarded

    Cons

-Metrics on which we are measured are not always in the best interest of company

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I worked at Belden

    Pros

Open door policy with managers and they are approachable. Generally one has the right tools to work with including a CRM as Salesforce.

    Cons

It is all about numbers and it seems that this focus on "numbers", be they quota, sales funnels, etc. tends to obscure one's other achievements.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

What are your long range plans, product goals, etc.? Please communicate them better and more consistently.
