    A good fit for me

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

Pros-Management trusts employees to get their jobs done; very little micro-managing
    -Salary
-Co-workers are on same team, not my competition
    -Achievements are rewarded

Cons-Too focused on short-term financial objectives
-Metrics on which we are measured are not always in the best interest of company

Advice to Senior Management-Look at the big picture; It is better to have a bad quarter than to neglect issues which will adversely affect the company in the next five years.

A solid and fair company to work for.

ProsOpen door policy with managers and they are approachable. Generally one has the right tools to work with including a CRM as Salesforce.

ConsIt is all about numbers and it seems that this focus on "numbers", be they quota, sales funnels, etc. tends to obscure one's other achievements.

Advice to Senior ManagementWhat are your long range plans, product goals, etc.? Please communicate them better and more consistently.
