Pros – Flexible hours and great place for career starters........

Cons – Over responsibility, too much work load, no appreciation and no career growth opportunities. Do not go to HR for any complains as there will be no confidentiality

Advice to Senior Management – Try to retain experienced ............and be supportive to worker bees

Pros – -steady pay check
-good entry level into the medical field
-benefits are okay
-good place for phlebotomy training

Cons – -donors are rude
-most staff are unprofessional
-working environment is like being in high school soap opera (very cliquish)
-poor raises (approx 1-1.5% annual)

Advice to Senior Management – the unprofessional attitudes of staff and rude behaviors of donors have gone unchecked for so long that it has become part of the biotest culture, i strongly suggest that management, supervisors and team leads pay closer attention to it in the future.

Pros – Canteen subsidised and free parking.

Cons – Cost cutting pressures go through all areas of the companies. Bad public transport connection. Few conference rooms.
