    Pros

Everyone worked as a close team to get the job done for the customer. I feel that the best product possible was always delivered to the customer.

    Cons

Their was not a lot of direction set buy the Director and VP levels in the company. It was not that they didn't care but I think everyone was being pulled in to many different directions.

    Advice to Management

Be consistent with the directions being set and communicate to the employees. BlackBerry has some great senior management but information did not always to the lower levels.

Politics played a huge role in the organization. Various times I felt that the different business units were very divided instead of trying to work as a team.
